Metal Buildings of South Carolina is a family-owned local construction company in Charleston, South Carolina. Patrick Schroder, owner and general contractor, has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction. Patrick holds a residential builder's license with the state of SC since 2005. He has a General Contractor Commercial license since 2006.

Patrick has built a reputation for hard work and excellence by helping customers reduce costs and maintain quality. He believes the most important part of life is family. Patrick enjoys time while camping with his three children and his wife. He is a big fan of sports and likes to spend time in nature.
